Delivering Wolt Market orders
π€ Wolt Market has become an important part of the Wolt platform and it is a highly appreciated venue by both customers and Courier Partners. It is time to provide an update on the process, to make sure that orders from Wolt Market are handled in a good and timely manner.
π In the end, we are one team of partners doing our best to deliver a great customer experience so let's work together on ensuring that the customers are getting the best quality on their products.
General pointers:
π Please help Wolt Market in marking the order as delivered after you have actually delivered it to the customer. Customers often get confused and have a negative experience if we mark it ready before it's actually delivered because they see the delivered notification but cannot find their products. Please always mark it as delivered when you have left the items to the customer or put it outside the door.
π₯ Be careful with the bags, they may include eggs or other fragile items that easily can be broken. Always use the courier bag for this purpose.
π€ Please help us in becoming better neighbours by parking properly, ask the local Wolt Market team if you have any questions.
Before arriving when you have an active order:
π Park your vehicle in a decent and proper place. Some stores have parking spots reserved for you.
When arriving and your order is marked ready for pickup:
π Ring the doorbell and wait for the WM staff to open the door.
π² Always show the staff your phone with an order number so they know which order number you are collecting, this is mandatory β
π Check that the bag count is correct with the amount you are picking up

When doing deliveries:
βΉοΈ Please make sure to read delivery notes if the customer wants a contact-free delivery or directly handed.
πͺ Mark the order delivered AFTER you have placed the bags outside the customerβs door.
π You are the face of Wolt so always face our customers with a smile π
βοΈ Contact support if you cannot find the door, missing the code to the entrance, etc.
π If it is a bag that contains age-restricted items it is your responsibility to check ID. If the customer cannot show ID or is not home - remove the small bag with the age-restricted items and deliver it back to the store but place the rest of the order outside the customerβs door. (You will get paid for the return delivery back to WM with the undelivered age-restricted items).
