The 2023 Wolt Courier Partner Survey - the results are in!
During 2022, Wolt conducted a survey amongst the courier partners in Sweden through Novus Opinion to better understand the challenges, wants and needs our courier partners have on a daily basis. That was the first year this survey was conducted, and we did another survey for 2023 which we are now publishing.
First off a few words about the survey and about Novus. Novus is one of Sweden’s leading independent market research companies and this year, the survey had about 550 respondents out of roughly 2 000 surveys that were sent out to active courier partners in Sweden.
Some of the findings at a glance:
81% of respondents are satisfied with Wolt
The majority, 61%, have Wolt as a part-time job
Working flexibly is what the majority of respondents want. Only 15% of respondents want full-time employment (a number that has gone down since 2022 which was 25%)
Almost 90% of respondents say they are not receiving any form of welfare or financial support
